Clare Gregory, DVM, Diplomate ACVS Dr Gregory was born in New Berlin, New York and was raised on a small dairy farm in Cooperstown. He joined PetCare Veterinary Hospital’s surgical team from UC Davis where he taught for 24 years, 10 of which as Chief of Small Animal Surgical Services. Dr. Gregory is world renowned for his contribution to veterinary soft tissue surgery including the pioneering of renal transplantation in the dog and cat. In addition to being a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons, he is also a member of the Transplantation Society and the American Society of Transplantation. His surgical interests include cardiothoracic and vascular surgery, hepatobiliary, renal/urogenital and upper airway surgeries. These procedures would include PDAs, portosystemic shunts, laryngeal paralysis, palate reconstructions, adrenalectomies, hernias, urethrosomies, ectopic ureters, etc. During his free time, Dr. Gregory enjoys equine eventing and stadium jumping, bicycle touring, racquet sports, and guiding students into the professions. |

| Gil Robello, DVM, Diplomate ACVS, MS Dr. Robello was born and raised in San Pedro, California. Dr. Robello received his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from U.C. Davis and then completed an internship at the Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital. After working in private practice in the San Jose area, Dr. Robello continued his training by completing a surgical residency at the University of Georgia, College of Veterinary Medicine, where he graduated with honors and also earned a Masters of Science degree in Anatomy and Radiology. He is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. Dr. Robello lives in Santa Rosa with his wife Cathy (another PetCare veterinarian) and is a co-founder of PetCare Veterinary Hospital. The Robellos have 2 sons and a daughter as well as 3 dogs and 3 cats. Dr. Robello is an avid golfer and also enjoys fly fishing when not watching the kids soccer games. |

Kent Talcott, DVM, Diplomate ACVS Dr. Talcott obtained his bachelors degree in Chemistry at Willamette University in Salem, Oregon and his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from U.C. Davis. After completing an internship at the Santa Cruz Veterinary Hospital he worked in private general practice in Campbell and Los Altos, California, followed by a small animal surgical internship with the Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Jacksonville, Florida. Dr. Talcott then completed a residency in Small Animal Surgery at U.C. Davis and is a Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgeons. He has authored numerous scientific manuscripts and performed professional presentations and lectures. Dr. Talcott lives in Sebastopol with his wife Becky (also a veterinarian at PetCare) and their 2 children along with their cat and a Golden Retriever. In his off time Dr Talcott enjoys spending time with his family and playing golf. |
