Clare Gregory, DVM, Diplomate ACVS

PetCare is offering kidney transplantation provided by a team of surgeons led by Dr. Clare Gregory. Dr. Gregory pioneered renal transplantation in veterinary medicine. No longer an experimental procedure, feline transplantation has been successfully performed in over 400 clinical patients. Renal transplantation is intended for cats in early decompensated renal failure. Currently perioperative success is 95% with 80% living one year. Cats living one year can expect an average survival of 4-5 years with the longest recorded survivor living 16 years following transplantation!

Transplant donors are young, healthy shelter cats that are adopted by the recipient family, thus saving one life while providing a lifelong home for the other.
